The Foreclosure Process
Foreclosure is the process of retrieving the parcel to the owners if they have faults in the payments. In the United States, there are types of foreclosure in most common law states. The noteholder claims the title and possession of the property back in full satisfaction of bill using this "Deed in substitute foreclosure" or "strict foreclosure" usually in contract.
