Foreclosure is the process of retrieving the parcel to the owners if they have faults in the payments. In the United States, there are types of foreclosure in most common law states. About Saugus Foreclosure



Saugus is a town in Essex County, Massachusetts, United States of America. Population of 26,078 at 2000 census.

History

Saugus was first settled in 1629. Saugus is the Indian name probably means "high" or "extended". In 1637, the territory known as Saugus (which also included the modern cities and towns Swampscott, Nahant, Lynn, Lynnfield, Reading and Wakefield) was re-Lin or Lynn after King's Lynn in Norfolk, England.

The Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site, operated from 1646-1668, was the first integrated iron works in North America. Now is the National Historic Site.

The territory of Lynn was shortened from the year 1814 with the incorporation of Lynnfield. February 17, 1815, Saugus today officially incorporated as the town. Saugus Barber shop is home to the oldest in the United States. More than 100 years old, George's Barber Shop is located in Saugus Cliftondale part.
